The easy-to-use DEXOS has a compact and ergonomic design and weighs only 13 kilograms, ensuring ergonomic handling, easy-to-clean construction, and effortless portability for transportation and storage. Featuring a generous 17-liter capacity, it accommodates both wet and dry applications, offering versatility for various tasks.

Easily Handled, Easily Cleaned

The integrated case fastening mechanism allows Mirka® Case and Toolboxes to securely sit atop the extractor without additional accessories. Cord and hose storage are neatly integrated within the top lid, ensuring an organized workspace. An external cord strap further enhances convenience.

Changing the dust bag is effortless with its top placement, eliminating the need for side access. Additional user-friendly features include a secure brake pedal for stable operation, easy dust bag replacement without removing the Case or Toolbox, two power outlets for tools, and Bluetooth® connectivity for seamless integration with the myMirka® app. This enhances functionality and control, putting power at your fingertips.

Proven Performance for User Protection

M-class dust extractors are designed for professional users in collision repair, construction, and woodworking, specifically for tasks that generate medium-risk dust, such as sanding hardwood, plaster, putty, latex, and oil paints. This type of dust has an occupational exposure limit (OEL) of greater than 0.1 mg/m³, meaning the dust extractor must retain 99.9% of the dust to ensure safety. To meet these standards, the airflow in the suction hose must be at least 20 m/s.

M-class dust extractors are not suitable for hazardous dust with OEL values below 0.1 mg/m³, hot materials like burning cigarettes or hot ash, flammable or explosive liquids such as petrol, solvents, acids, or alkalis, and flammable or explosive dust like magnesium or aluminum dust.

Mirka® DEXOS 1217 M AFC is designed to maintain a clean and efficient workspace. Featuring AFC (Automatic Filter Cleaning), the filters clean themselves automatically, preventing clogging and ensuring consistent suction power. This technology extends filter life and reduces downtime, streamlining operations. Additionally, the cleaning process can be customized through the myMirka® app for tailored performance.

For added flexibility, DEXOS 1217 M AFC is also equipped with a Push & Clean function, enabling manual filter cleaning with a simple button press, ensuring peak performance when needed.

Mirka® DEXOS Remote Control (Sold seperately)

The Mirka DEXOS Remote Control is a solution designed to enhance the functionality and convenience of your dust extractor. This cost-effective solution eliminates the need for an expensive pneumatic box, making it an economical choice for both professional and personal use.  

The Mirka DEXOS Remote Control is compatible with the Mirka® DEXOS 1217 M AFC and Mirka® Dust Extractor 1125 models. It can be used with a wide range of tools, including electric, pneumatic, and battery-operated tools. For hand tools and cleaning applications using a hose, the remote control can be operated in manual mode.
